Zones change, injection doesn't

As blocks valve on and off, line flow steps — and fixed-rate injectors over-feed the small zones and starve the big ones.

EC drift goes unseen

Feed water EC plus injection should equal a target; without in-line verification, nozzle wear and stock-tank variation walk it away quietly.

Record-keeping by memory

Nutrient-management plans and input costs both want per-event numbers. A season of 'about two gallons per set' isn't a record.

Meter stock solution against real measured flow so the injection ratio holds through every zone change, verify delivered EC in-line — the number growers already manage to — and log volume, ratio, and EC per event. Proportional stops being approximate.

The chemistry

Nutrient programs belong to the grower and agronomist — N-P-K stocks, calcium and micronutrient lines, pH management. Liquid inputs qualify through our dosing path for compatibility and metering accuracy, then inject with verified proportionality. For chemigation of labeled products, label rates and permits remain the operator's; the platform contributes measured delivery and the record.

Chemigation must follow product labels and local backflow-prevention requirements; the platform installs downstream of the operator's certified backflow protection.

Common questions

How is this different from a Dosatron-style proportioner?

Water-motor proportioners are mechanical ratios — useful, but unverified and unlogged, with accuracy that moves with pressure and wear. This meters against measured flow, verifies EC in-line, and records every event.

Does it handle pivot end-guns and corner arms?

Staged flow is exactly the case flow-proportional design exists for — the injection tracks the measured line rate as segments engage, rather than assuming a constant.

What about acid injection for pH?

pH-adjustment chemistry can be qualified and metered like any stock; handling and rates stay within your agronomic and safety program, with in-line verification scoped to the installation.
