Specialty coffee & cafés
Brew water tuned to your target mineral profile and held there through every season — so extraction chases the roast, not the municipal supply. Your dial-in survives the winter.
Markets — Commercial
For the espresso bar, the office tap, the guest suite — precision-dosed water with a mineral profile you choose once and hit every pour.
The problem
City water drifts season to season, and your dial-in drifts with it. The beans didn't change; the water did — and it shows up in the cup before it shows up anywhere else.
Cases in, plastic out, invoices forever. Premium still and flavored water is an amenity your guests expect and a supply chain you'd rather not run.
Great water is table stakes in premium offices, hotels, and studios now. The question is whether yours is a differentiator or a facilities ticket.
You can't taste-test every carafe. A system that measures and verifies its own output is the difference between "should be fine" and "is correct."
The fix
Behind your existing filtration, an ActiveWater system doses minerals and electrolytes against measured flow and verifies the result by conductivity — so the profile you chose is the profile you serve, on the first pour and the five-hundredth.
Where it fits
Brew water tuned to your target mineral profile and held there through every season — so extraction chases the roast, not the municipal supply. Your dial-in survives the winter.
A water amenity people actually line up for: crisp mineral water, electrolyte hydration, and real-fruit flavor on the same tap — without a fridge full of cans or the recycling guilt.
House water worth putting your name on — lobby, gym, and suite programs with consistent taste and none of the bottle logistics. Guests notice; housekeeping notices more.
Electrolyte hydration on tap, dosed by measurement instead of scoops and shakers — for studios and gyms that treat recovery as part of the product.
Early-partner program
ActiveWater Labs is pre-launch: our residential flagship ships first, and commercial deployments run through a deliberately small pilot program we can support properly. Pilot partners get engineering attention no vendor at scale will ever give you — and real influence over what the commercial product becomes.
Email hello@activewaterlabs.com with subject "Commercial pilot" — include your city, venue type, and roughly how much water you serve a day.
Common questions
Yes — profiles are configurable, and dialing in your target water is exactly what the pilot phase is for. We tune it with you, then the system holds it.
Filtration first (RO or equivalent — existing is fine, or we'll spec what's needed), standard plumbing at the point of use, and a power outlet. Pilot scoping covers the specifics of your site.
Day to day, nobody — consumables are sealed cassettes anyone on staff can swap, and the system reports its own levels and faults remotely. Pilots include our direct support.
