Our formulations
A catalog of mineral, electrolyte, and flavor concentrates developed and produced in-house for low-TDS water — ready to dose on day one, no qualification work required.
Markets — Industrial
Metered mineral dosing verified in-line by conductivity — so the water entering your process is the water your spec says it should be, with the records to prove it.
The problem
Source water wanders with the season, the aquifer, and the municipal blend. Every unmeasured liter is a variable hiding inside your product.
Graduated cylinders, scoops, and "the way Dave does it" are error surfaces. Precision that depends on attention isn't precision.
QA wants numbers for every input. Hand-dosed water leaves a signature on the batch sheet and nothing behind it.
Traditional dosing skids are sized once, integrated painfully, and rarely verify their own output. Precision should follow your line — not dictate it.
The fix
The ActiveWater platform meters concentrates into flowing water in drop-scale increments, verifies the result by conductivity with temperature compensation, and records what it did. It's a lab instrument's attitude applied to a process input.
The chemistry
The dosing platform is chemistry-agnostic by design — if it belongs in water, we can meter it.
A catalog of mineral, electrolyte, and flavor concentrates developed and produced in-house for low-TDS water — ready to dose on day one, no qualification work required.
Already have chemistry? We qualify your concentrate through the dosing path — compatibility, stability, metering accuracy — and the system doses it with the same drop-level, conductivity-verified precision as our own.
Need something that doesn't exist yet? Our formulation team develops it to your spec — a taste target, a functional ingredient, a process requirement — and produces it in sealed cassettes, exclusively for you.
The requirements are the sensible ones: a liquid concentrate, appropriate for its destination — drinking water, food production, or machinery — that passes our qualification path. Minerals, electrolytes, flavors, functional ingredients — from trace doses to rich blends.
Any scale
Dosing proportional to measured flow is an architecture, not a size. Metering, manifolds, and plumbing are sized to your line — a development bench, a bottling line, a machinery feed loop — and the measurement-and-verification loop stays identical at every flow rate.
Whatever the water is for — drinking, food and beverage production, machinery and boiler feed, rinse and process lines — we integrate at your scale today, scoped to your flow and your controls through the programs below.
Programs
Instrumented systems for labs, pilot lines, and production sites — put measured, verified water in front of your team and let the data argue for itself.
Your process, our dosing and sensing stack. We engineer the integration together — flow range, chemistry, controls interface — with clear milestones and shared IP boundaries agreed up front.
Build the patent-pending architecture into your own product — metering, verification loop, and firmware — under license, with our engineering support behind it.

Common questions
Any — dosing scales with measured flow by design, so flow rate is a sizing parameter, not a ceiling. We size the metering and integration to your line during scoping, from bench-top rigs to production mains, and the verification works the same way at every scale.
Dosing and verification events are recorded by the system and exportable; direct integration with your historian or QA stack is scoped per engagement. Local-first design means your data doesn't have to transit anyone's cloud, including ours.
Whichever serves the goal: our in-house catalog ships with the platform, your existing formulation can be qualified through the dosing path, or our formulation team develops and produces a custom concentrate to your spec. All three run through the same metering and verification.
