Common questions
Our CIP skid has a conductivity probe already. Why this?
A probe on a skid reads; it rarely closes the loop to a metered, logged dose. The platform pairs the reading with proportional chemical delivery and keeps the per-cycle record — including the cycles that needed correction.
Single-use vs. recovered caustic — does it matter?
Both work: build fresh solutions to strength, or trim recovered caustic back to target. Either way the log shows what the wash actually was.
Where would a pilot start?
